Through La Méditerranée · Cuisine du Soleil, I aim to preserve and share these traditional culinary treasures. From the shores of Lebanon to the coasts of Andalusia, from the souks of Marrakech to the light-drenched Greek islands, from Cairo's spice markets to the cobalt waters of Malta — every recipe you will find here has been carefully selected for its authenticity.
